Job description

We are supporting our client with the appointment of a Senior Client Director, a senior leadership role responsible for providing technical expertise, developing client relationships and driving service excellence across the client handling teams. This is an opportunity for an experienced fiduciary professional to lead and develop teams, support business growth and maintain the highest standards of governance and client service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead client relationship strategies, driving client satisfaction, retention and profitable growth
• Oversee and develop client handling teams, providing coaching, technical guidance and support
• Act as a director for client entities, providing strategic advice and upholding strong corporate governance standards
• Manage complex and high-risk client structures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation and best practice
• Support business development through client pitches, intermediary meetings and the promotion of services
• Contribute to business strategy, budgets, operational improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Recognised professional qualification in a relevant discipline, such as law, accountancy, STEP, banking or company secretarial
• At least 15 years’ relevant financial services experience, including a minimum of 8 years at senior level within professional services
• Proven experience holding directorships and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, compliance, risk management and financial management
