Croud in London is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead day-to-day client relationships and coordinate the delivery of integrated, omni-channel campaigns across a portfolio of key accounts.

Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will translate client objectives into clear priorities for strategy, project management and specialist teams, ensuring delivery is effective, financially sound and consistently meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• Substantial agency experience leading complex accounts.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, paid social, programmatic/display and integrated media.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Strategic and commercial judgement to connect performance to business outcomes.
• Leadership to motivate cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and translate objectives into clear briefs.
• Partner with Strategy & Planning to align channels and budgets with KPIs.
• Lead omni-channel campaigns and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, deadlines, dependencies, and quality assurance.
• Manage contracts, scope and profitability; coordinate forecasts with Finance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow client relationships.
• Coach and line-manage colleagues; address capacity gaps.
• Support pitches and RFPs; liaise with media partners.
