Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd in London is seeking an Associate Director of Client Strategy to own and expand a portfolio of key client partnerships. This senior, commercially focused role embeds the business within client organisations, driving revenue growth and measurable impact.

You will report to a Client Strategy Director and have a clear path toward team leadership, with hybrid working and a dog-friendly East London office supporting collaboration and client success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insights, measurement, research or another data-led role.
• Strong track record turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing and growing client partnerships in a commercial environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client partnerships, driving account expansion and committed revenue growth.
• Work with the Business Development team to spot opportunities to expand across client teams, markets and business functions.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships grounded in measurable business impact.
• Partner closely with Insight Managers to ensure insight work aligns with client objectives and commercial opportunities.
• Help uncover compelling narratives and turn data into clear, actionable client stories.
• Build strong relationships across Business Development, Paid Media, Data Science, Product and Operations.
• Support the onboarding, coaching and development of junior team members.
• Help shape processes, frameworks and best practice as the business scales.
