Job summary

Kraken is hiring a Client Delivery Lead to drive transformation journeys for our energy clients. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, own a domain or product area, and advise on technology solutions that balance Kraken capabilities with bespoke needs.

You’ll partner with product managers and developers to translate client requirements into prioritized features, champion an iterative platform approach, and guide stakeholders through change with simplicity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong client delivery, product ownership/management experience, including client-facing (often senior) stakeholder management.
• Experience managing technology products, migration/implementation projects or complex delivery in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into clear action-plans and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• As a Client Delivery Lead you will be at the forefront of the transformation journey with our clients.
• You will be managing the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners).
• You will have full ownership of a domain or product area for your client and act as a key point of contact for technology development and issue resolution within your domain or product area.
• You will build a deep understanding of Kraken, as well as client needs and priorities, to provide expert advice and identify the best solutions, balancing the use of existing Kraken capabilities with the need for custom-built solutions.
• You will triage and prioritise incoming requests, clearly articulating client needs, priorities and timelines to the right Kraken teams to support effective delivery and the ongoing development of the platform.
• You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities and support the delivery of product features.
• You will challenge clients to think differently about technology development, championing Kraken's iterative approach and shared platform over bespoke solutions.
• You will be committed to the Kraken way of delivering tech based on simplicity, client benefit and efficiency while bringing stakeholders through a journey of change.
