• Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

• Excellent English spelling and grammar for clear communication.
• Maintain accuracy and punctuality under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact following trip confirmation, managing all communications related to trip logistics, service requests, and in-flight experience.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and executive assistants through professional communication.
• Introduce clients to XO products, platforms, service module, and support team.
• Maintain accurate client profiles including preferences and service history.
• Monitor and manage active trips, coordinating with internal teams and third-party operators.
• Escalate service issues to leadership and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Billing to ensure journey continuity.
• Represent XO brand with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate ancillary services (catering, transport, special accommodations).
• Work across internal systems to manage trips in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain poise during high-pressure situations and complex needs.
