Job description

Somerset Bridge Limited provides claims handling services to our insurer partners. Our supportive and efficient claims teams handle almost 50,000 claims a year. What you’ll be doing
  1. You’ll manage your own portfolio of claims from start to settlement. These claims involve situations where our customer has damaged another driver’s property or someone has been injured. You’ll investigate incidents, determine responsibility, and liaise with the other driver’s representative to settle claims where applicable.
  2. You’ll provide training and coaching to team members, complete monthly audits, review internal processes, and develop strategies to meet your team’s strategic objectives and KPIs.
  3. You’ll handle claims involving property damage, injuries, and possibly providing replacement vehicles on a credit basis. You will investigate, determine responsibility, and negotiate settlements for these claims.
Training

Excellent training is provided! Your corporate induction will be completed in the first 8 days, followed by a 10-week onsite training program. This will help you understand the role, provide you with the best start, and equip you with essential tools for your career. Once competent, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to hybrid working.
