Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and proactively manage your own caseload of personal injury claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service and negotiate with insurers and solicitors on quantum and liability.
  • Achieve cost-efficient conclusions.
  • Identify potential fraud using fraud indicators.
  • Build strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in handling PI claims.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good understanding of indemnity and liability arguments.
  • Ability to work proactively, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of your work.
  • Basic understanding of credit hire.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Some knowledge of court procedures.
