You’ll manage your own portfolio of claims, from initial investigation to repudiation or settlement on the best terms. These claims may involve situations where our customer has damaged another driver’s property, caused injury, or been provided with a replacement vehicle on credit. Your role will include investigating these claims for potential fraud, gathering information, identifying irregularities, and recommending appropriate actions. You will also determine liability and liaise with the other driver’s representative to settle or reject claims as appropriate.
Excellent training is provided! Your corporate induction will be completed within the first 8 days, followed by a 10-week training programme conducted onsite. This will help you understand the role, provide you with the best start, and equip you with essential tools for your career. Once competent, you will have the opportunity to transition to hybrid working.
