Job description

Somerset Bridge Limited provides claims handling services to our insurer partners. Our supportive and efficient claims teams handle almost 50,000 claims a year. We pride ourselves on people development, offering market-leading training and fast career progression through the claims team. What you’ll be doing
  1. You’ll provide training and coaching to team members.
  2. Complete monthly audits and review internal processes.
  3. Develop strategies to ensure your team achieves their strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  4. Manage your own portfolio of claims, handling them through to settlement.
  5. Investigate claims involving property damage and determine responsibility.
  6. Negotiate and agree on settlements with claimants.
Training

Excellent training is provided! Your corporate induction will be completed in the first 8 days, followed by a 10-week training program conducted onsite. This will help you understand the role, give you the best start, and equip you with the necessary tools for your career. Once competent, you will have the opportunity to transition to hybrid working.
