Senior Claims Handler - Leeds - Up to £35,000

We are working with a well-established client who is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join their team in Leeds. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complex commercial claims, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
• Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, directors, and account executives to achieve optimal settlement outcomes for clients.
• Lead client meetings to discuss claims progress and outcomes, including meeting with loss adjusters when necessary.
• Produce and analyse claims MI, keeping clients and internal teams informed with accurate updates.
• Ensure all claims are managed in compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.

• A proactive team player who can lead and mentor junior staff.
