This is a 100% remote role, provided with all necessary tools, including a high-end Apple MacBook and additional screens, within a supportive team environment.
You will manage a caseload of Liability claims for various MGAs and insurers, primarily Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across sectors like hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure. The role also includes some 3rd party property damage and Products Liability claims. As the sole Casualty Claims Team in this expanding business, you will influence the team's operations and future direction.
You will leverage your experience to negotiate claims to settlement, supported by cutting-edge technology and a dedicated Claims Support Team.
We invite Liability or Casualty Claims Handlers with experience in insurance companies, delegated authority claims at brokers, loss adjusters, or legal environments.
This role is fully home-based; therefore, self-motivation, organization, and excellent task management are essential. The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and innovative, with strong communication, rapport-building, and empathy skills to handle diverse stakeholders and complex claims.
The Casualty Manager role offers flexible working hours around core hours (09:00-17:00), accommodating personal commitments.
The salary ranges up to approximately £38,000, negotiable based on experience, with additional benefits including support for professional qualifications. There are significant opportunities for career progression as the company continues to grow and onboard new MGAs.
