Responsibilities

As Senior Claims Handler, you will:

1. Build up to a caseload of circa 200 files.
2. Possess a claims handling authority of £100,000, while being encouraged to deal with losses in excess of your authority.
3. Handle claims originating from a wide variety of industry sectors, including Professional Indemnity, Employer’s, Public, and Management Liability cases.
4. Be involved in a variety of interesting projects, working with colleagues from across the business.

Requirements

We are keen to hear from candidates who have exposure to either Financial Lines or Liability claims, with preference given to those with experience in both disciplines. While hands-on experience of relevant claims classes is a prerequisite, our client emphasizes that “attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop is of paramount importance.”
