Matchtech seeks a Works Manager specialising in civil engineering to lead site activities on major trunk main projects. You will oversee construction, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in civil engineering.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Good understanding of health & safety standards on large infrastructure sites.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction works on site.
