Matchtech seeks a Works Manager specialising in civil engineering to lead site activities on major trunk main projects. You will oversee construction, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the construction works
• Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and project requirements
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring health and safety compliance on all worksites
