JobMatcha is recruiting for a Civil Works Manager to lead day-to-day civils site operations on a major infrastructure project near CA6 4DG. The role requires managing subcontractors, site teams and ensuring works meet safety, programme, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card and SMSTS, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience on civils projects and a proven delivery track record. Immediate start on a long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Works Manager on civils projects
• Proven track record delivering civil engineering and infrastructure works
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures and site management
• CSCS Managers Card and SMSTS are essential
