Job summary

The Project Manager role requires delivering multiple ongoing projects to quality, schedule and maximum commercial performance, working with estimating, engineers and surveyors to ensure safe completion and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations and risk management.
• Experience in forecasting, cost reporting and value reporting.
• Ability to use Primavera P6 for programme planning and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Produce financial forecasts, monitor project costs and report on performance.
• Deliver projects from design to completion with proper handover.
• Chair site meetings and maintain accurate records of actions.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers and consultants.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and risk controls.
• Coordinate site investigations and ensure buildable, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure HS&E compliance and accurate documentation across projects.
