Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Civil / Infrastructure Engineer to lead and deliver infrastructure design projects, from concept through to construction support, in a flexible hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering background, strong Civil 3D/AutoCAD skills, and experience mentoring graduates within a consultancy. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to diverse infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure design projects within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of highway, drainage and SuDS schemes.
• Able to mentor Graduates, Engineers and Technicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce highway, drainage and infrastructure designs to current standards.
• Create 2D and 3D highway alignments using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Develop drainage strategies and SuDS schemes.
• Manage surveys, technical studies and reports.
• Lead smaller projects, delivering to programme and budget.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and liaise with clients and authorities.
