Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Hertfordshire with hybrid working options. The role leads civil infrastructure design from concept to completion, taking technical ownership and guiding the team across residential, commercial, distribution and data centre sectors.

The successful candidate will manage design, liaise with clients and contractors, and contribute to fees. A degree in Civil Engineering and 6–10 years' consultancy experience are expected, with IEng or

Formación

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent required.
• IEng status or working towards Chartership preferred.
• Experience designing civil infrastructure in consultancy.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and coordination of highways, drainage and infrastructure projects.
• Produce detailed designs, calculations and technical drawings.
• Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy Reports.
• Manage budgets, programmes and project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Contribute to fee proposals and commercial management.
