Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Watford is seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join its civils team. The role covers delivering civil designs for industrial, rail and residential schemes, with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience, strong technical delivery, and be capable of coordinating drawings and design information across disciplines; salary up to circa £47,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in civil engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure designs, ideally across highways, drainage or external works.
• Experience using Civil 3D and Causeway Flow.
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A proactive approach to design delivery and problem-solving.
• Experience managing design packages or taking technical responsibility for projects would be advantageous for Senior Project Engineer level.

• Delivering civil engineering designs across a variety of infrastructure projects.
