AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural design across rail and wider infrastructure projects in the UK. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scopes, budgets and delivery, and provide technical oversight on complex design packages.

You will also prepare reports, engage with clients and support project managers, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across fixed-term and ongoing programmes.

Qualificações

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (CEng/IEng) with ICE, IStructE or equivalent, or working towards chartership.
• Robust structural design, inspection, assessment and maintenance experience, ideally in rail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, assessment and maintenance of Civil & Structural projects and provide input on multi-disciplinary work.
• Develop scopes, manage internal technical supply chain, budgets, programmes and deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight and checking of design packages with a Civils/Structural bias.
• Prepare and review technical reports, calculations and specifications.
• Support project managers in design and commercial management and mentor junior staff.
