Job summary

Brookbanks is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to lead the design and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across the UK. You will provide expert consultation and technical leadership, guiding teams to ensure high-quality outcomes from proposal through practical completion.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with CDM and UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience of highway or drainage design and earthworks assessments.
• Technical leadership demonstrated on large civil projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroDrainage (InfoDrainage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert consultation and technical leadership to the team.
• Oversee project delivery from proposal to practical completion.
• Ensure design quality, cost and time objectives are met.
• Manage and cultivate client relationships with stakeholders.
