Qualifications

• Experience of highway or drainage design and earthworks assessments.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and MicroDrainage (InfoDrainage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Qualifications: Minimum HND/C in Civil Engineering. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is desirable. Chartered with ICE or equivalent body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
• Providing expert consultation and technical leadership across civil activities.
• Ensuring design and operational excellence in highway, drainage, and earthworks.
• Overseeing project delivery from proposal to practical completion with quality, cost and time control.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders; ensuring compliance with CDM and UK Building Regulations.
