Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Glasgow to lead the civil design of development infrastructure from feasibility to delivery. You will mentor junior engineers and build strong client relationships while coordinating with civil, structural and surveying teams.

Responsibilities include delivering roads and drainage designs, liaising with authorities, and managing multiple projects. Chartered status or progression toward chartership is desirable, with flexible working

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Chartered status (CEng) or working towards chartership.
Good knowledge of roads, drainage and infrastructure design.
Experience using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage or similar software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projects.
Flexible working arrangements.
Ongoing professional development toward chartership.

Responsibilities

Lead the civil engineering design of development infrastructure projects.
Prepare roads, drainage and infrastructure designs using industry-standard software.
Liaise with local authorities and other statutory bodies.

Support business development and build long-term client relationships.
