AECOM is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with highways and drainage focus to join our UK team. You will lead technical delivery, coordinate surveys and assist in bids for residential-led infrastructure.

The role spans feasibility, detailed design and support during construction, with collaboration across disciplines. You will work within a flexible hybrid model, driving innovation and using your experience to mentor others while engaging with regulators and clients to create robust

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (BEng and/or MEng) required or in progress.
• Experience delivering highways and drainage design for developments.
• Proficiency with InfoDrainage, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with developers/contractors and delivering infrastructure projects.
• Interest in AI solutions and familiarity with ArcGIS is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical and digital delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review survey specs including utilities and topography.
• Coordinate studies and designs for drainage, highways, earthworks, utilities and flood risk.
• Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Contribute to bids, attend meetings and communicate solutions clearly.
