Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead delivery of infrastructure projects across drainage, highways and data centre design. You will provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, and support business growth while collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers across the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering UK development-led infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in highway design, public realm, earthworks, pavements and drainage.
• Familiar with 3D modelling and civil design standards (Civil 3D).
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status or working toward it.
• Experience in client liaison and project delivery for public/private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and technical leadership to teams of engineers and technicians, scheduling workloads to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead and review civil infrastructure designs and buildable solutions for site development.
• Carry project management responsibilities across a portfolio of schemes.
• Support business development and client relationship growth within property and development sectors.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams across the UK and globally to deliver the project portfolio.
