Job summary

BYLOR is seeking a Senior Project Manager HBX to lead the construction of permanent works at Hinkley Point C (Somerset). You will drive safety, quality and interface management across design, procurement and construction teams from Bouygues and Laing O'Rourke.

You will mentor site staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces, and report progress to the Senior Project Leader, ensuring delivery within scope and budget while upholding nuclear safety culture and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal fit-out projects, including MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and proactive risk management.
• Experience with design, procurement and construction interfaces.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, environment and site rules compliance on permanent works.
• Coordinate interfaces between permanent work areas and other scopes.
• Deliver monthly progress reports to the Project Leader and Commercial teams.
• Manage supply chain interfaces and procurement inputs for scope.
• Organise and coordinate activities of staff under your responsibility.
• Engage in program development with Project Controls and Senior Project Leader.
