Job summary

BYLOR invites applications for Civil Engineering Senior Surveyor roles at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. You will help establish and manage a comprehensive survey control network for a £2.8 billion landmark project, working on site and in the office as required.

We seek experienced surveyors with leadership capabilities, proficient in MicroSurvey Star*Net and Leica systems, and with a track record on large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geomatics /Engineering Surveying (Desirable but not essential)
• ICES membership (Desirable but not essential)
• Technical Qualifications required (NVQ/HNC etc.)

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Civil Surveyor
• Implementation of dimensional control
• Team Management
• Quality assurance
• Survey data management and analytics
• Produce survey quality records
• Provide technical support
• Working both on site and in an office as required
