Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our 2-bed home for children and young people with learning disabilities in Ipswich. You will work closely with the clinical team to deliver person-centred care that supports complex needs, autism, behavioural and trauma-related challenges, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.

We offer funded qualifications, a pension, wellbeing support and a clear path to progression, including potential to become a Registered Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a childrens home with LD.
• Knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
• Able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Support children with complex needs to reach their potential in a caring, therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with Keys clinical team to tailor support to each child’s needs.
