Arch Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a rapidly growing residential care provider for children with complex needs in Erith, Greater London. The role offers progression, a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on safeguarding and outstanding Ofsted ratings.

You will work with management to ensure the best interests of children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, with responsibilities including care delivery and safeguarding commitments.

Senior Support Worker (NO SLEEP INS)

Salary: 34,000 (holding Level 3 in Residential Childcare/ 31,304 (unqualified) (plus 65 per sleep in)

Location: Erith, Greater London
