Keys Group is recruiting Senior Therapeutic Support Workers for a new specialist children's home in the UK. You will lead a team to deliver therapeutic care, support young people, and participate in an onsite education programme with a tailored curriculum.

Sleep-ins form part of the role, and the post requires a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare. You will work within a supportive team, enjoying full induction, funded training, enhanced pay scales, and a comprehensive benefits
