Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a site in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead a team of Support Workers and ensure high standards of person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

• Experience in care and support services and working to care plans.
• QCF qualifications available for professional growth.
• Enhanced DBS check provided by employer and renewed as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• Ensure duties are performed to required standards, contributing to a happy, efficient, and homely atmosphere within the Home
