Rate: £50 - £55 per hour (umbrella)

Working: Remote with Court Attendance

About the Childcare Lawyer Role:

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a capable Senior Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the North West on a locum basis. The role will be for 3 -6 months initially with a strong possibility of this being extended.

Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:

• To provide legal advice and support services to clients
• To carry a caseload of predominantly public childcare care proceedings
• To attend court hearings in person (once or twice a month)
