Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice on contentious IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Represent clients in IP litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop litigation strategies.
