Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie in Bath to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards, while coaching junior team members and upholding hygiene and allergy procedures. You will contribute to menu development, maintain consistency, and demonstrate strong kitchen operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods and events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene and HACCP policies.
• Own mise en place and prep to ensure readiness for service.
• Mentor and train Commis and Demi Chefs de Partie.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house to learn menu/service changes.
