Job summary

Soho House in Oxford is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes aligned with the club's food philosophy, demonstrating technical expertise, strong kitchen operations knowledge, and a proactive approach to training and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering efficient and well-organized service during busy periods and events.
• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, allergy, hygiene, and health standards (HACCP).
• Assist in mentoring and training junior staff to develop their technical skills.
