As a Senior Chef de Partie your main responsibility will be to ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards for our guests whilst developing the skills of the team and assisting in staff development.

Other key responsibilities as a Senior Chef de Partie include:

• Using your flair to create delicious and nutritionally balanced meals.
• Using your industry knowledge to keep abreast of current and future trends.
• Acting as a mentor to all colleagues.
• Leading and developing your team and each individual’s abilities.
