As our next Senior Chef De Partie, you…

Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors.

Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.

Be responsible for managing the kitchen and supporting the Head Chef in a busy environment.

Confidently manage, train, and share your knowledge with the team.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
