Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom (Manchester) is seeking a Managing Consultant with expertise in Programme and Portfolio Management to deliver complex client transformations across multiple sectors, with a focus on automation and tooling.

You will lead delivery, manage budgets and resources, contribute to strategy and new offerings, and mentor junior team members. The role offers hybrid working with UK offices including Manchester.

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives with governance and risk management.
• Ability to structure deals for mutual benefit and grow client relationships.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models blending traditional PMO with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of medium sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
• Manage large client contracts, including budgets, resources and billing.
• Contribute to delivery strategies and new offerings through automation, tooling and tailored methodologies.
• Lead teams on client delivery and mentor junior consultants.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.
