Job summary

CB Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Change Consultant to lead change activity across complex transformation projects in the United Kingdom. You will drive discovery, facilitate workshops and shape future-state processes and operating models to ensure successful adoption of changes.

The role requires strong business change experience, excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives and user needs into practical, deliverable

Qualifications

• Experience in business change within complex transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering change impact assessments and readiness planning.
• Understanding of process design, operating models and service transition.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle ambiguity.
• Outcome-focused approach to change delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities
