Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior CDM and H&S Consultant to deliver CDM and health & safety services from our Leeds office. The role requires proactive client engagement, expertise in CDM regulations, and the ability to act as Principal Designer when needed.

You will develop systems to improve efficiency, manage commissions, and conduct H&S reviews and audits, while liaising with SHQ and colleagues to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma level equivalent.
• Grad IOSH or equivalent professional standing.
• APS membership or equivalent professional body.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from Leeds office.
• Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer where required.
• Manage commissions and ensure client and firm requirements are met.
• Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with SHQ and Turner & Townsend teams to ensure quality and profitability.
