Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London seeks a CDM and Health & Safety consultant to deliver services to existing and new clients. You will understand client needs, propose solutions and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence across CDM and H&S.

Responsibilities include developing systems to improve efficiency, acting as Principal Designer when required, managing client relationships and commissions, and preparing pre-construction information and H&S files while staying compliant with CDM

Qualifications

NEBOSH Construction Certificate required.
Full UK driving licence.
NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent.
GradIOSH or equivalent.
Membership of the APS.

Responsibilities

Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from London office.
Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer when required.
Establish positive relations with clients and gain confidence as trusted adviser.
Represent Turner & Townsend professionally with clients and negotiations.
Manage commissions to meet client scope and company requirements.
Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits for the client.
Collaborate with SHQ and colleagues to ensure quality and profitability of projects.
Prepare pre-construction information and H&S files.
