Safety Talent Limited in Leeds is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer / Health & Safety Consultant to join a growing multidisciplinary team. The role mixes client-facing consultancy work, technical delivery, site visits and long-term relationship building.

You will deliver CDM Principal Designer services across construction projects, providing pragmatic health and safety advice, attending client and design team meetings, and reviewing plans and risk information while supporting CDM

Qualifikationen

• Construction or health and safety degree required.
• Certified Membership of APS preferred.
• CMIOSH/GradIOSH or working towards is desirable.
• Strong CDM Principal Designer experience with senior level responsibilities.
• At least five years of senior-level construction health and safety experience.
• High client-facing capability and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver CDM Principal Designer services across construction projects.
• Provide pragmatic health and safety advice to clients and project teams.
• Attend client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits.
• Review construction phase plans, risk information, and project documentation.
• Support clients with duties under CDM Regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage own workload and prioritise deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality technical delivery across work streams.
