Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking a Principal CDM and H&S Consultant to deliver CDM and health & safety services for clients across a range of projects. The role focuses on applying CDM regulations, acting as Principal Designer when required, and driving improvements in clients' safety and compliance frameworks.

You will manage commissions, engage with clients and colleagues, and ensure delivery excellence while enhancing our teams' capability in CDM and H&S.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate required.
• NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent.
• GradIOSH or equivalent.
• APS membership.
• Experience as Principal Designer.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
• Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired, with a proven ability to meet Clients needs would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from Sheffield to clients.
• Act as Principal Designer where required and advise on legal responsibilities.
• Develop and improve CDM/H&S processes and documentation.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure delivery and profitability.
