Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate required.
• NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent) preferred.
• GradIOSH or equivalent preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Membership of the APS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve CDM and H&S efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer when required, helping the client manage legal responsibilities under CDM regulations.
• Establish positive client relationships to gain confidence and act as a trusted advocate.
• Represent Turner & Townsend professionally including meetings, negotiations, and timely correspondence with clients.
• Manage commissions to meet client expectations and Turner & Townsend requirements.
• Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits on behalf of the client.
• Collaborate with SHQ and Turner & Townsend colleagues to ensure team effectiveness and profitability.
• Prepare pre-construction information and relevant Health & Safety files.
