Safety Talent Limited in Leeds is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer / Health & Safety Consultant to join a well-established multi-disciplinary team.

You will deliver CDM Principal Designer services across UK projects, provide pragmatic safety advice, attend meetings, review plans, and help develop lasting client relationships. This permanent, full-time role includes a competitive package and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• A construction or health and safety related degree qualification.
• Certified Membership of APS.
• Ideally CMIOSH, GradIOSH, or working towards.
• Strong CDM Principal Designer experience.
• At least five years experience operating at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site activity.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• The ability to manage projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A practical, pragmatic approach to health and safety.
• Experience with site management responsibility would be advantageous.
• A team-focused, flexible, and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver CDM Principal Designer services across construction projects.
• Provide pragmatic health and safety advice to clients and project teams.
• Attend client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits.
• Review construction phase plans, risk information, and project documentation.
• Support clients with duties under CDM Regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage own workload and prioritise deadlines.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide a high standard of technical delivery across all work.
