Job summary

Sweco UK is seeking a CDM Advisor for the Anglian Water @one Alliance to lead Construction (Design and Management) compliance across capital works and water recycling projects in the region. You will own the Alliance CDM processes, monitor design-team compliance, and collaborate with client CDM Practitioners to review and improve procedures with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations in capital works.
• Own Alliance CDM processes and monitor design-team compliance.
• Review and revise CDM processes with SME and SHEA Systems Manager.
• Collaborate with client CDM Practitioners; continuously improve CDM policy and docs.
• Develop tools to ensure HS and safety compliance.
• Deliver HS training packages for designers and suppliers.
• Work with CDMPs across AW Delivery Routes.
