Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a CDM Advisor to lead on CDM compliance for water recycling projects in the Peterborough region.

The role is hybrid, with responsibilities to oversee design teams, develop CDM procedures, and ensure delivery aligns with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will hold an engineering or health and safety qualification, with NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification in engineering or health and safety.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desired).
• Experience in a multi-discipline design team and applying health & safety principles in design.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CDM duties are compliant with CDM regulations.
• Promote and achieve health & safety objectives.
• Report on CDM procedure compliance to the Health & Safety Manager.
• Develop and deliver CDM training packages for designers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with CDM Practitioners deployed across AW delivery routes.
