Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of customer identification documents and risk assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and report on errors; recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvements by proposing and supporting new procedures.
• Design and execute control testing to evaluate system and process effectiveness.
• Assess automated CDD workflows and outputs against regulatory expectations.
• Create training packs and provide guidance on QC standards and best practices.
