Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Specialist in Specialised Due Diligence to drive high-quality onboarding and ongoing reviews. You will assess complex cases, apply regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on customer due diligence within a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and operations to ensure compliant, efficient processes while shaping how regulatory standards are applied across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer due diligence, AML, and financial crime risk.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within financial services.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical guidance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and due diligence decisions against regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on customer due diligence and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and operations on regulatory matters.
• Identify regulatory changes impacting products and services and keep the business informed.
• Strengthen compliance by assessing processes and controls across activities.
• Train and communicate compliance guidance and raise awareness across the business.
• Improve processes to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.
