Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross in Reading is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead strategic partnerships, grow Consumer Health brands and elevate category performance across retail channels.

You will build insights, drive range optimization and shopper understanding, and influence customers with data-driven storytelling, delivering omnichannel execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability; excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead strategic category partnerships with key customers and drive action across range reviews, formats, online and promotions.
• Develop best-in-class category and shopper insight to shape customer and category strategies.
• Define and track category KPIs, share insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements.
• Influence customers through insight-led storytelling and compelling recommendations.
• Support delivery of commercial priorities, including channel strategy and sales objectives.
